The housing market is about to be reset are you ready. How will the middle class create wealth. What is the future for middle-class housing. What is the future of housing, will you be able to buy your own house in the future or will be all forced to rent or live in state housing.

World Economic Forum vision for society after Covid was titled The Great Reset. With goals of a stakeholder economy, resilient, equitable and sustainable. Lot of positives, growth would be focused on green growth, smarter growth, and fair growth. This will be involved investment in green infrastructure, re skilling workforces.

Some groups have tried to attach some conspiracy to The Great Reset. I am not claiming that there is any new world order element attached to the Great Reset. I believe it is a positive plan at its heart.

However, some concerns have been raised around "you will own nothing and be happy". While I do not see a conspiracy I do see that owning your own home or property is becoming a harder task for both home buyers, first time buyers and small investor, landlords. Governments are buying up more and more houses and there is a drive for more social and state housing.

World Economic Forum takes place in Davos and many high profile politicians and business leaders from finance and technology meet to discuss the future. The last discussion was on how to rebuild society after covid. But how will this new future impact the middle class
