Indonesian President Joko Widodo met his Russian and Ukrainian counterparts separately, in an attempt to end the war. Widodo has invited both the leaders to attend this year’s G20 summit which Indonesia is hosting in November. Widodo said that he has delivered a message from Zelensky to Putin on June 30. Widodo also spoke about the looming food security crisis with the Russian President Putin. However, Putin has denied putting any restrictions on food or fertiliser exports. Widodo has said that he wants to encourage Putin and Zelensky to start a dialogue on ending the war.
