PMQs: Putin already committed 'war crime', says Johnson as Russia-Ukraine war continues | In Full

The Prime Minister has told the Commons that, in his view, Vladimir Putin has already committed a “war crime”.

“What we have seen already from Vladimir Putin’s regime in the use of munitions that they have been dropping on innocent civilians already qualifies as a war crime,” he said at Wednesday’s PMQs.

The Ukrainian ambassador to the UK was given a standing ovation and cheered loudly by MPs after Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle confirmed he was in the chamber for Prime Minister’s Questions.
